Our menu specialises in Italian cuisine and offers many traditional specialities of the old quater in our restaurant -bar situated on our relaxing top floor terrace, including european breafast, lunch, dinner , and a selection of tropical fruits and juices. Room service is also available.
Some specialities of Hoi An food:
- Cao lau: The dish is made from rice flour, pork, vegetables and spices; processed in a very original cooking method of Hoi An people
- White rose cake: The main ingredients include rice flour, meat, shrimps and spices. The cake is processed in a manner that makes foreigners interested in not only its delicious taste but its eye-catching shape.
